The Naked Truth: who

At the start of this project, GMHP put together a call for participants in the local GLBT media, and print material canvassing the Tucson GLBT community. In total, twenty-one individuals came forward to bare their souls and their bodies for this photo project. Still more are participating by sharing their stories, though they were not able to be in the photo.

All of these people have a story to share about their experience with HIV. Some of them have HIV; some do not. Some of them are at more risk for infection than others. Some of them have jobs working in HIV prevention; others are concerned community members. Some of them are in relationships, perhaps with partners of the opposite HIV status, while others negotiate their way through being single. What they all have in common is that each of them is helping to stop the spread of HIV.

To learn what these people are doing—and what you can do—to stop the spread of HIV, take some time and read through some of their stories.
